And with nods to heavy metal and djent, it’s no surprise it’s an absolute earth-shaker.
Frontman Alex Woollams says, “The single Collapse is scrambling to save something or someone amid everything falling apart, near beyond the point of return. This release is a progression of sound while still retaining core elements of what makes us recognisable. The song has more riffs than our previous work and a powerful chorus this time around yet doesn’t sacrifice any of the aggressive groove we’ve forged in the past.”
Together In Tragedy dropped their eight-tracker, Social Construct, back in 2018 and their Delirium EP in 2019. Their singles Drawing Dead, Victimizer and Runaway featured on a stack of Spotify playlists, including Homegrown & Heavy, Brutal Breakdowns and New Metal Tracks.
Collapse was recorded by Mackenzie Begg. It was produced by both the band and Begg and mixed and mastered by Josh Schroeder. The band has also shared the tracks visualiser created by Martin Wood at Interior Creative Productions.
