It is the last single to be lifted off their upcoming debut EP, Purgatory, and was produced, mixed and mastered by Chris Lalic (Windwaker, To Octavia Days Like These).
In a statement, the band explained that it told “a tale of taking a risk to fall in love despite feeling content with being on your own.”
The Last Martyr’s recent singles Hindsight and Afterglow caught the attention of triple j and led to the band being named an Unearthed Feature Artist. They recently also played Metal Injection’s relaunched Slay At Home monthly series, live-streaming a set to thousands of viewers.
2022 will see the band play a host of festivals, including Unify Gathering, the Sydney leg of Uncaged Festival and, of course, Halloween Hysteria.
Purgatory is set to drop on December 10th.
