To Joey & Brooke, I’ve written a lot of words on this site, but none …
Dark and moody rock is one of the things we love most, and luckily for us, that’s exactly what Snowfish has served up on their latest tune, Burn From Within.

It’s the fourth single from the Newcastle alt-lords and follows on from Chemicals, Middle Name and Ghost.
It’s also a real power to the people anthem, complete with angsty riffs, a thunderous bassline and a whole lot of grit. In a statement, the band said: “Burn From Within is a song detailing a political uprising in which the protagonist invites those around them to rise up against the authoritative forces infringing upon them.” Snowfish are Jordan (lead vocals, guitar), Solomon (drums, percussion) and Kalan Rodrigues (bass, backing vocals), three siblings with a clear love for jamming and the likes of Muse, My Chemical Romance and Radiohead – kind of like the Jonas Brothers, but way more badass.
Since kicking off the band in 2019, they’ve racked up tens of thousands of streams and tore up stages in iconic venues like The Cambridge and Factory Theatre. Burn From Within was written by the band and produced by Jack Nigro at The Grove Studios, Central Coast. Along with their past singles, it will feature on their upcoming album, The Monster Upstairs. Keep your eyes peeled for more details!
Burn From Within will be available to stream on December 17th.
FOR FANS OF: Muse, My Chemical Romance and Radiohead.
