Watch Me Burn is the first new release from the band since their fifth studio album Helix, released back in 2018. The EP comprises of two new tracks, the self-titled Watch Me Burn and Disobey.

Both the new tracks deliver the same melodic, yet heavy sound fans of Crystal Lake would expect. With the band’s previous album Helix proving their most successful to date–seeing the band reach #8 on the Billboard HeatSeeker chart, #14 on the Hard Music chart, #22 on the Indie Label chart and #26 on the Rock chart–this new short-but-sweet EP is a clear indicator of more good things to come from the band.

Despite being big in Japan–with the band being formed in Tokyo back in 2002–Crystal Lake have only recently found mainstream success in an international market, with Helix seing the band embark upon their first-ever US tour with Australian’s own Northlane. Since then, Crystal Lake have played major festivals across the globe, including: Never Say Die, Download Festival, Resurrection Festival and even their own self-organized True North Festival in their hometown of Tokyo.

Recently, they supported Polaris for The Death of Me Australian Tour alongside Wage War and Alphawolf in February of this year

Watch Me Burn is out now via SharpTone Records.
