The second single from upcoming album You’re Welcome, A Day To Remember have mastered the art of balance in this song, formulating a winning combination in the arrangement that pushes and pulls on the emotional narratives with a pretty sleek delivery. It’s all in keeping with their traditional amalgamation of metalcore and pop-punk, but this single signals a new turn in the band’s sonic nature.

The guitars can ring out with a gravelly defiance just as well as they can sing a sad song, moving between the conflicting sentiments with a fluidity that you don’t expect.
