WYWFM continues to move the post-hardcore band into new sonic territory, and we’re all for it. Diving headfirst into the emo pool, the track offers up a massive dose of feels (natch, really). It also sees the band flirt with intricate melodies, delicate piano bits and heartfelt lyricism.

There may be no screams on offer, but you won’t even miss them- we promise! Frontman Justin Miller has gone into full confessional mode here. His own experiences with putting the brakes on a relationship to focus on self-love are what makes the track so powerful- and so damn relatable.

There’s also a star-studded team behind the track, and it’s given it that extra bit of oomph. Producer Stevie Knight (Stand Atlantic, Yours Truly) has been responsible for so many bangers lately, and WYWFM is no exception. And we can’t go past mixer James Paul Wisner, who’s worked with some of the biggest names in the scene like Paramore and Underoath. Maturity and unity were obviously words thrown around the recording studio, and Isotopes have delivered their strongest performance to date. WYWFM is an emotional powerhouse, and it’ll tear your heartstrings to shreds. Keep a box of tissues handy when giving it a listen. You’re going to need it!
