PREMIERE: LIKE THIEVES // Drop Thought-Provoking Video And Details Of National Tour

Like Thieves

Like Thieves have stepped back on the scene with force in recent weeks with the release of their brand new single Never See It Coming.

Today, the prog-rock outfit are responding to the massively positive reactions to the song and have released an accompanying video that addresses some very thought-provoking and very real issues.

Frantic, intense and monochrome, the video was shot back in March in Brisbane CBD. Its imagery matches the attacking force of the song, with bassist Clint Gough saying bluntly of the striking video, “It’s about mental illness.

“For some people, getting out of bed or walking down the street can seem like an impossible task. And unfortunately, many people choose to pay the ultimate price to escape from their own thoughts. We want to confront people about this issue and the devastating effects it can have. Because the sad fact is, you can never see it coming.”

Gough and co. have also revealed the details for their national tour, where fans will get the opportunity to witness the full power of their new heavier sound. With their unique blend of 90s alt-rock and psychedelic grunge, Melbourne’s Khan join Like Thieves on all dates.
