To celebrate a milestone touring moment (appearing at Blacken Open Air festival!), the stoner-rockers have unveiled their The Kooks of Hazzard documentary.

As the name implies, the doco pays homage to The Dukes of Hazzard. Filmed and edited by videographer James Latter, it focuses on the band’s six-day journey into the centre of Australia and all the good times that came with it.

There’s, of course, their pilgrimage to Ross River Resort, where the iconic three-day event, Blacken Open Air, is held. And also a snapshot of the experiences and bonding the band and crew experienced while trekking through Alice Springs, Desert Palms Resort, Anzac Hill, Uluru and more.

The Kooks of Hazzard also features performance highlights from Hammers themselves and their mates in Astrodeath, Mountain Wizard Death Cult, Lo! and Black Rheno – so basically, five more reasons you absolutely NEED to give it a watch.

Hammers will hit the road with He Is Legend in May. You can catch all the dates and the documentary below.
