Giving an honest preview of what the rest of the fiery tracks from their debut album, Postcard From A Living Hell, due for release on Friday, 21st April, will embody.

Off With Your Head is an emotionally charged response to not only the overturning of Roe v. Wade in the US, but the weaponising of Cancel Culture and the repercussions that such actions have on all of us. From the intergalactic opening, you can feel that this track has been fuelled by the politically motivated injustices happening in the world around us. Hearing the fury build within the band’s instrumentation, the bridge explodes into guitar riffs as you can hear singer Emmy Mack poignantly note that, “We’ve come so far to fall so fucking backwards,” which listeners can surely agree with based on their own experiences.

As Mack said in an interview, females have been dispossessed of their fundamental rights which would contribute to the song’s overall intensity. As each bar moves through rapturous melodies which cascade throughout vocal screams, you’ll be motivated to want to listen, and to think twice, about the inequality that still exists today as Off With Your Head spirals towards an ear-crunching breakdown to close the track.
