Following the announcement that The Ocean and Monuments would be touring Australia and New Zealand outside of their Progfest dates, more information has been released with support acts announced for each show early next year.

Beginning with The Ocean, who kick off their Australian and New Zealand tour January 24th, acts Chaos Divine, Toehider and Spook the Horses have been announced as support for the band’s sideshows.
Australian fans will warm up with Chaos Divine and Toehider before the main event kicks off, while those attending the New Zealand dates will welcome Spook the Horses.
The Ocean’s tour will begin in Perth and then hit Adelaide, followed by the band’s Progfest appearances, before rounding out their run of dates in New Zealand at the end of January and early February.
Monuments, who start their own tour in New Zealand January 23rd, will be joined by City of Souls for their New Zealand dates, as well as Opus Of A Machine for all dates. Australian fans won’t miss out though, with Dyssidia announced as further support for the band’s Adelaide show January 29th and Statues supporting Perth January 30th.
With stops in most major capitals, including appearances at Progfest itself, fans will get a mix of support acts depending on which shows they’re attending. With 2019 approaching fast, it won’t be long before the festival and sideshows begin and fans will want to secure their tickets as soon as they can.
