Songwriter/Guitarist Mitchell Webb Explains the track, Where’d You Go Without Calling tells the story of a loved one taken too soon and the moments in which we realise and are forced to accept that they are gone. Sometimes we never get that last phone call, and we are stuck placing our memory of them in our hallways, rooms and listening to their voice in the wind.”

Explaining the video concept, Webb says, “Taking place in a family home, Where’d You Go Without Calling‘s music video explores the hallways and rooms in which we once shared with a loved one no longer with us. Photographs of a couple are displayed as we have memories of them in various rooms of the house and the phone on a plinth represents the call we never received.”

Originally the brainchild of guitarist and songwriter Mitchell Webb and drummer Sean Puxty, Goodbye, August is now a 4-piece with vocalist Andrew Taylor and bassist Josh Lund completing the line up. The band aims to fill the void between Emo Rock, Pop-Punk and Post Hardcore, the band have a similar sound to that of Whatever, Forever, Endless Heights and international acts such as Teenage Wrist and Basement.
