Dear Joey and Brooke, What a wild ride! I just wanted to write to express …
Arms marks the fourth studio album release for German heavy outfit Annisokay, and judging by this album Ann is definitely more than okay.

An album that slips between genres in a matter of moments, the band explores it’s metalcore roots, while experimenting with electronic tones and some class rock ballad vocals.
Through Arms Annisokay refined their sound and ultimately proved their worth, while also showcasing previously unheard sounds. The bands ability to integrate electronic beats while maintaining a heavy bass line and guttural vocals displayed a level of vulnerability that could have gone either way. Fortunately for them, it fit in seamlessly creating an album that maintained depth and clarity for the bands intentions.
One of the dirtiest most soul filling breakdowns the band has released yet.
The 12-track album hits an all time high at Fully Automatic, a track that really pushed the album over the line with one of the dirtiest, most soul filling breakdowns the band has released yet. The lyricism in the album isn’t lacking either with socially and politically aware songs like Unaware attacking the culture of debt that has engulfed society.
Arms is a rollercoaster of emotion and musical exploration that ultimately is confronting on the first listen, but grows a deep passion and lights a fire within the listener.
STANDOUT TRACKS: Fully Automatic, Humanophobia, The Capital Enemy, Sea of Tomorrow
