It seems like the metal scene has really hit the new year running, with The Amity Affliction announcing the release of a brand-new album, Everyone Love You… Once You Leave Them, due out next month.

The follow-on from 2018’s MiseryThe Amity Affliction have celebrated this announcement with the release of a cutting new song and accompanying video, Soak Me In Bleach. With all the traditional mayhem of Amity awesomeness, this track unites grating grooves, a kick-arse melody, epic vocal refrains, and an undeniably addictive hook.

Soak Me In Bleach is the sibling to the first single, All My Friends Are Dead from the upcoming new album, which has clocked over an impressive 2 million streams since its release.

Earlier this week, The Amity Affliction, Gympie QLD natives, announced a bushfire benefit show to help raise much needed funds for people affected by the recent bushfire disasters nationwide. Set to take place in Melbourne on Monday 20 January.

It’s a sombre yet exciting time for the band, who as they edge closer to revealing to fans the new album in its entirety, have just kicked off their Regional Australia tour in WA with Ocean Grove and Antagonist A.D. and will be on the road until the end of this month before heading over to Europe to support Beartooth.

Seems like a pretty busy start to the year for these guys, so be sure to show them some love for all the hard work, get along to that benefit show if you’re down Melbourne way, and keep your eyes peeled for the release of Everyone Love You… Once You Leave Them, out Friday 21 February via Warner Records.
