Hellions have announced dates for their biggest ever Australian run.

Kicking off this May, the Operacore Overlords will make stops in Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, bringing special guests Yours Truly and Dregg along for the ride nationally.

Keen to celebrate Australian talent, the band have also handpicked some of our best and brightest locals to support, including Sleep Talk, The Beautiful Monument, Nautical Mile, Young Lions and Between You & Me.

Speaking of the tour the band said:

“We are absolutely ecstatic to take Rue on the road for what will be our biggest run of headline shows to date! The Hellions Community is ever growing and our aim is to get as many of you in the same room together, to feel the love we feel and to share with each other what will be some of the best nights of our lives.”

Going on to talk about potential setlists, they went on to say:

“The live shows will see us share with you cuts from our latest record, Rue, as well as some old favourites and some songs we haven’t played for a very long time (or ever). It’s the ultimate Hellions set list and the show we’ve always wanted to do!”

Cementing their status as absolute legends, the band have also announced that they will be teaming up with Beyond Blue for the tour. In support of the mental health organisation, they will donating a portion of ticket and merchandise bundle proceeds sold via 24hundred.

The tour comes off the back of a massive 2018, which saw the band drop their MASSIVE fourth studio album Rue. In the months following the Sydneysiders have played sold-out shows in Australia and the UK, and have made appearances at international festivals like Truck Festival, Y Not and 2000 Trees (oh and they blazed into 2019 with a killer performance at UNIFY).
