FUTURE AND YOUNG THUG // Trap Takes Over Australia

It looks like Future and Young Thug are actually coming to Australia.

We’ve held off reporting on it because we’d be burned before–but it’s starting to look like Future and Young Thug are about to touch down on Australian soil. After both cancelling 2017 Australian runs, the two boundary-pushing trap MCs are linking up for a festival appearance and an insane co-headlining show (with Tkay Mazda and B Wise). Melbourne Thug fans will even get a special solo show from Jeffrey.

The shows come on the back of massive 2017s for both artists–with Mask Off Future did more for the flute riff than any artist since Jethro Tull, and Thugga Thug’s string of loosies, features and the bonkers brilliance of his Beautiful Thugger Girls album continued to prove he’s miles ahead of everyone in the game.

Beyond their solo successes, the one-time rivals also buried the hatchet in 2017 and teamed up for the collaborative Super Slimey mixtape and to produce some of the best ‘grams of 2018. Shit just warms your heart…
