Between You & Me have just announced the release of their debut album, Everything is Temporary, which is ready to drop on July 13th via Hopeless Records.

The album’s first single, Dakota is available now on Spotify, Apple Music and iTunes and the new video can be viewed on the band’s official YouTube channel.

Recorded at Electric Sun Studios in Sydney, band member Jake Wilson says that the album is summed up by its title.

“In fact, it’s the last line of the entire album. It’s a philosophy about accepting the good and the bad and rolling with the punches. About making sure you take all the good stuff and run with it, because it won’t last forever—and neither will the bad”, he says.

Between You & Me formed from Jake’s love of punk music from posting online videos of solo performances. After which, he gained a following where the rest of the band grew via the online community. It was then, Between You & Me was born.

After announcing their new record deal with Hopeless Records in 2017, the band went on to release the single, Overthinking along with the accompanying music video, which in turn lead to earning close to half a million views on YouTube.

Recently wrapping up the Tonight Alive tour with fellow label mates, the band are gearing up to headline their upcoming Australian tour this summer.

They’ll wrap up 2018 by supporting Neck Deep on their Australian leg of the Peace and the Panic tour.
