Dear Joey and Brooke, What a wild ride! I just wanted to write to express …
One of the vanguard keeping Portland weird is Red Fang, hirsute stoner metallers par excellence. And they’re coming back to Australia this May, taking fellow rockers Drunk Mums along for the ride.
They’ll be in Australia supporting their 2016 album Only Ghosts, their third release through legendary indie label Relapse Records.
The album also reached #143 on the US Billboard 200 chart.
This tour will see them play the big gigs on the east coast, as well as taking a trip to Adelaide.
Joining them are punk-fuelled low-life rockers Drunk Mums, fresh from dropping part two of their dual EP concept Leather and Denim.

Last month the band also announced a collaboration with the Teutonic Wine Company, a small urban winery in their hometown. Their “Red Fang Red” is a custom blend of Pinot Noir, Tannat and Gewürztraminer. Whatever those are.
Red Fang was last in Australia in 2015 headlining the Cherry Rock festival, and also played the 2013 Soundwave Festival.
Tickets go on sale at Thursday 8th February, 9am local time via Destroy All Lines.
