Perth punk rockers Triggerlip are proud to premiere their latest single Talk Tonight from upcoming EP Your Dear Life, due out on Penultimate Records on the 8th of October. Listen below:

“Your Dear Life has an overarching theme of reflection, especially around the highly emotive subject of mental health. I have many people in my life who do or have suffered from mental health issues and the theme naturally made its way into he song writing process for the EP.” says singer Josh Watson.
Triggerlip are the first WA signing for Penultimate Records. The band is focused on promoting mental wellbeing, playing launch shows during National Mental Health Week (7th-13th October).
Sponsored by LotteryWest, The West Australian Association for Mental Health, Penultimate Records and Grounded Mental Health, ticket holders to the launch show on Friday 12th October at Rhubarb Records will receive a mental health care pack which includes a 12” vinyl record from a well known Perth act, a copy of Triggerlip’s EP, a Penultimate Records Sampler, and literature covering a range of mental health issues.
“’My hope is that people who have experienced any of mental health issue, past or present, know they aren’t the only ones and know they can always find the help they need, whether it be through
reaching out to peer support networks or other means like professional support,” Watson says.
Their second show is an 18+ affair on the Saturday, featuring some of Perth’s finest punk and rock talent.
