PORT ROYAL // PREMIERE—Knock Out ‘Pinch-Hit’ Ahead Of Tour

Brisbane rockers Port Royal are back with their rockin’ new tune Pinch Hit and are hitting the road in support of the release this September and October.

If you dig high-energy, dynamic rock’n’roll then you should definitely turn your attention to the latest out of the Port Royal camp. Pinch Hit is a groovy little number that’s sure to get you up and moving and Hysteria has the exclusive premiere.

The band believe that the term ‘pinch-hit’ completely represents their current situation as they had to suddenly find a new guitarist who was ready to come in and just knock the track out of the park, just like in a baseball game when a pinch hitter is substituted at a crucial point. And they found a new guitarist who did just that in Taine Josephson, who came in locked and loaded and ready to rock and roll.

“The content of the song very much refers to getting up out of a slump and making something of yourself and not making excuses,” the band further explains.

Pinch Hit is the follow up to Get Heavy, which came out earlier this year, and the rockers are about to go out on tour for the very first time in support of the new tune.
