THE HUNNA // Explode Into Australia in January 2018

the hunna

Haven’t heard of The Hunna? These British indie rock sensations will be on everyone’s lips come January, having taken Europe and the US by storm in a matter of months.

Joining them on their their first ever Australian tour are fellow Brits Coasts, who have been compared to everything from “Two Door Cinema Club to Phoenix.”

In an age when flashes in the pan are order of the day, The Hunna are impressing everyone who stands before them. Within the space of 12 months, they have gone from playing to rooms of 150 people to touring with The 1975. Their UK tour has seen them sell out 5,000 capacity shows.

Their skinny-jeaned rockstar attitude is up-front and instantly charming upon first listen, and proves these guys have the look as well as the tunes. If you want to roll down the rooftop of your friend’s car while cruising through the beaches, blast The Hunna as your feel-good soundtrack.

The Hertfordshire natives met back in college only two years ago. Since, they’ve released debut album 100 which peaked at #13 on the UK Album Charts. In 2016, they toured with US pop-punk stalwarts Jimmy Eat World.

The Hunna is vocalist/guitarist Ryan Potter, lead guitarist Dan Dorney, bassist Jermaine Angin and drummer Jack Metcalfe.

Tickets go on sale via Destroy All Lines at 9am on the 9th of November local time.
