EXPLOSIONS IN THE SKY // Announce Australian Tour Dates

For more than 15 years we’ve been soothed by the sweet sounds of Explosions In The Sky, one of the finest music exports to come out of Texas.

The band’s music has accompanied movies like Friday Night Lights, Prince Avalanche and Lone Survivor, all filled with emotionally charged scenes which will forever be embedded in your mind.   

The instrumental-rock quartet will descend on some of Australia’s most iconic establishments throughout February next year, like the Sydney Opera House, Melbourne’s Recital Centre and Brisbane’s QPAC.

The band’s last visit to Australia was back in 2011; long overdue.

EITS is comprised of just guitars and percussion, but it’s the vast and emotional sounds coupled with visually stunning live performances which makes the band leaders in their genre of music.
