UNIFY 2017 // Welcome Bodyjar to the Line Up

UNIFY 2017 will host Aussie punk legends Bodyjar, announcing their addition to an already monster line up.

Bodyjar, reformed in 2013 after disbanding in 2005, replace I Killed the Prom Queen who have pulled out due to “unforeseen circumstances.”

I Killed The Prom Queen were slated to perform their influential second album, Music for the Recently Deceased at the three-day, two-night festival in Tarwin Lower, Gippsland.

Bodyjar’s appearance will be their second appearance in as much as a year, playing only once during 2016.

In a statement, fellow UNIFY performer Michael Richards of Violent Soho said, “The first time I heard these guys, punk rock became better forever.”

Bodyjar were punk rock staples at the Vans Warped Tour and Big Day Out, achieving ARIA chart success with 2000’s How It Works album.
