Catharsis drops on the 26th of January via Nuclear Blast Entertainment. The special CD/DVD digipak edition features a 21-song concert filmed in The Regency Ballroom, San Francisco, CA in 2015.
The band also started a competition for fans to make a video for new single Beyond The Pale, which you can find out more about here.
Catharsis was produced by vocalist and guitarist Robb Flynn. It was recorded, mixed, and co-produced by Zack Ohren (Fallujah, All Shall Perish) at Sharkbite Studios in Oakland, CA. Ted Jensen (Hatebreed, Alice In Chains, Deftones) mastered the album at Sterling Sound, New York, NY.
Frontman Flynn states “Whenever you finish an album, you always feel proud, but this time… we’ve got something really special. We can feel it. We know it. Catharsis could really elevate our genre.”
