PENNYWISE // Sell Out Melb Show, Others Set To Follow

When a band that boasts a legacy as rich and full as punk juggernaut Pennywise, you don’t fluff around when it comes to getting tickets if they visit your town.

Luckily, 1,500 Melbourne punters had done their homework when the band announced their next Australian run earlier this in the year, selling out the bands Victorian show at The Forum Theatre a full two months before curtains.

With the show set to feature the band performing their acclaimed masterpiece Full Circle in full, and a boisterous start to proceedings in the form of American legends The Bronx as support act, the international double header is easily the keynote punk tour of the year for Australian fans.

Being one of the first times in history the band has performed the record in its entirety, Full Circle explores the feelings and challenges that faced Pennywise in the wake of the death of former bassist and founding member Jason Thirsk.

Being 20 years since the tragedy, the tour will serve as a celebration of both the life of the band and that of Thirsk, dedicated to the incredible memory that remains two decades later.

All other dates are still on-sale, but edging closer to capacity. If you know what’s good for you, get on this now!
