KREATOR // Bringing Violence to Australia with Vader

Halt! Es ist Terrorzeit! Legendary Teutonic thrashers Kreator are joining forces with Polish death/thrash titans Vader for an all out conquest of Australia this September.

Formed in 1982 in Essen, West Germany, Kreator is one of thrash metal’s seminal bands; not only in Europe, but worldwide. They’ll be travelling to Australia to support their new album, Gods of Violence, released earlier this year by Nuclear Blast. They’ll also play classics from their impressive body of work, now spanning three decades.

Poland’s Vader will join them on their five date run, taking in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Vader’s equally impressive career boasts 11 albums under their bullet belt, the most recent of which The Empire saw release late last year on Nuclear Blast.

According to a statement, “Kreator’s loyalty to their fans is legendary, and the fans reciprocate with fist-pumping sweat-drenched passion. A night of roof-raising chants and pummelling riffs awaits those that thirst after a metal gig of maximum energy … the band has stood the test of time and launch forward into the night with all the might of a titanic metal machine churning at its peak.”

Tickets go on on sale Thursday 27th April at 9am local time. A special pre-sale opens on Wednesday 26th April between 9am and 5pm. For more information, click here.
