EMIGRATE // Announce New Album + Release Single ‘1 2 3 4’

Side-project of Rammstein guitarist Richard Z. Kruspe, Emigrate, has announced its new album A Million Degrees, releasing single 1 2 3 4 featuring Billy Talent vocalist Benjamin Kowalewicz. Watch the video below.

The album is set for release on the 30th of November via Universal Music Germany/Caroline Australia, following up 2014’s Silent So Long.

The album also features fellow Rammstein sänger Till Lindemann, and offers “a re-booted take on the overall concept, continuing Kruspe’s desire to craft something personal,” according to a statement.

Kruspe built a new home and studio in his native Berlin to facilitate the Emigrate desire; making music “for those who appreciate the power of a great song delivered from heart above head.” (That makes more sense in German, trust me.)

The Emigrate project emerged in 2007, scoring a song on the Resident Evil film soundtrack and reaching the Top 10 in Germany. 2014’s Silent So Long featured Marilyn Manson, Jonathan Davis (Korn), Peaches and the dearly departed Rock God, Lemmy.
