VACANT HOME // Premiere New Video ‘Heirloom’

Vacant Home

Perthican hardcore five-piece Vacant Home have dropped their video for Heirloom, ahead of their debut EP Reflect, Respond, out 16 June through Mutant League Records.

Heirloom is a deep and personal track, and what frontman Callum McGivern calls “the last chapter in the Reflect, Respond story.”

Formed scarcely a year ago in Perth, Western Australia Vacant Home have established themselves as one of the country’s fastest growing up and coming acts. The band’s DIY ethic and humble attitude stems from playing house shows in their hometown. Over only a short lifespan, they have supported scene luminaries Stick To Your Guns, Deez Nuts, House Vs Hurricane, Knocked Loose, and Saviour.

Their first single, Shiver attracted 350,000 YouTube views within six months, placing the band at #5 on the Dreambound YouTube channel, which features up and coming melodic bands.

Vacant Home will be supporting their new EP with an Australian tour over June and July, with their first record release show set for 17 June in their hometown.

Pre-orders for Reflect, Respond are available on iTunes.
