As Flaming Wrekage’s brutal fourth album tickles your earholes, you know this is something special. …
Heart on sleeve punks The Smith Street Band have sold out the 2,000 capacity Forum Theatre in Melbourne, leading to a second show at their hometown venue on Friday, 2 June.
The nationwide tour will support the release of fourth album More Scared of You Than You Are Of Me, set for release on 7 April via their own label, Pool House Records.
Joining them on the tour is Joyce Manor (USA), local mates Ceres, and solo indie-pop songwriter Allison Weiss, direct from the indie epicentre of Athens, GA.
Vocalist Wil Wagner says “For this tour we’re playing the venues that we have always dreamed of playing, we chose big beautiful theatres because we want these to be big beautiful shows! We’ve also expanded our show in order to fully bring these songs to life, this tour is our most ambitious, exciting one yet!”
