MOOSE BLOOD // Bless Our Ears With New Track

Moose Blood have given us the second single of their forthcoming third LP, titled, I Don’t Think I Can Do This Anymore.

The new track, It’s Too Much, backs up the first offering off the album, Talk in Your Sleep. It’s slow and steady, the riffs are repetitive and the percussion is predictable. But it feels intentional, kind of like the song on the album that slows right down so the listener can’t possibly miss what they’re being told.

The lyrics carry this along with frontman, Eddy singing, “I feel like I haven’t slept in months and it takes everything that I have to get up.”  The song winds up with Eddy singing ‘please take me home’ as the instrumentals fade and come back for some heavier riffs.

The new single shows a lot of sadness and sorrow and almost sounds like the soundtrack to sitting and staring at a wall.
