DROWN THIS CITY // PREMIERE – Out To ‘BEND/BREAK’ On Headline Tour

drown this city bend/break

Hysteria is proud to present the new single from Melbourne post-hardcore breakouts Drown This City, BEND/BREAK, while rolling out the dates for their first ever headline tour this July. Listen to the single below:

The huge new single (mixed by Circles’ Ted Furuhashi) is out this Friday 19th May on iTunes, Spotify and all good online retailers and streaming services. BEND/BREAK is the first new music for the band since their debut EP False Idols dropped in mid-2016.

The tour will hit this July and takes in Melbourne (Workers Club), Brisbane (Crowbar), Sydney (Factory Floor), Adelaide (Enigma Bar), Launceston (Club 54) and Hobart (Brisbane Hotel). Joining them are Tasmania’s Hill Valley-esque cohorts Save The Clock Tower.

The achievements for this band barely two years old is staggering: within their first year, they released widely-praised debut 5-track EP False Idols; sold out their first live show ever at Workers Club in Melbourne; were invited to play Rolling Stone’s Live Lodge event series; toured nationally with Falling in Reverse; supported Lacuna Coil and Capture the Crown; signed to Bear Parts Music for Management; and, were invited to play alongside bands like Violent Soho, Northlane, Thy Art is Murder, Polaris and more at the 2017 UNIFY Gathering in Tarwin Lower, Gippsland last January.

Tickets go on sale this Friday at drownthiscity.com.
