TROLDHAUGEN // Drop Gnarly ‘BMX Terminator’ Clip Ahead of New LP

Wollongong heavy trippers Troldhaugen have dropped a totally bodacious new single, BMX Terminator, ahead of their radical new album IDIO+SYNCRACIES due out 1st of September. Listen to the single in Hi-Fi Stereo (where available):

We wanted to write our own description, but the promo copy sums it up: “The first single is called BMX Terminator and you can pretty much take it from there. With a Cyberdyne Systems Model 101 T-800 Crab doing a sick bike flip on a BMX adorning the single cover artwork, it pretty much sums up the journey you are about to go on with this album.”

Yes, that’s 100% accurate Skynet-approved nomenclature, folks.

The LP was recorded with Ryan Huthnance at Emissary Studios with album art by Andrew Saltmarsh. The album poses and answers:  “How does that guy have 3 arms? Can a chicken ACTUALLY make a good president? Was the mannequin real all along?” We don’t know either, but we’re fanging to find out.

The genre-bending trollo-maniacs have already toured Europe with Alestorm in 2014 and were invited back to play Summer Breeze Festival 2015. They also toured Australia with Japan’s Vampillia, Finland’s Finntroll and Melbourne’s Toehider, and supported a sold-out Alestorm run. They also reached crowdfunding target for this new album in fewer than 24 hours.

The freaks will take their circus mental party on the road this September on a national tour before returning to Europe.

Pre-orders for IDIO+SYNCRACIES are available via their Bandcamp.
