PAGAN // Announce First Ever Headlining Tour

Hallelujah, it’s here! After holding coveted spots on UNIFY Gathering, Yours & Owls and BIGSOUND, Melbourne’s Pagan have finally announced their first ever headlining tour in support of their upcoming debut record Black Wash.

MORE: #REALTALK: Punk Is Dead (For Real) // KICK OUT THE JAMS: DROWN THIS CITY: Getting Nostelgic With Alex Reade // GHOST: There Went The Sun // PARKWAY DRIVE: Survivor’s Guilt // DIMMU BORGIR: Death, Rebirth, Eternity // THE FEVER 333: Awakened Spectres Of Revolution

The Black Wash tour will see the riff heavy rock ‘n’ rollers bring their blistering live show to crowds in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Hobart and Sydney, over the course of three weekends this August.

The announcement follows the release of their latest single, Death Before Disco, which has been receiving a helluva lot of spin time on Triple J. The music video for the track (a testament to the ferocity of their live shows, if you ask us), was filmed at their Holy Communion party, held in their hometown of Northcote earlier this year.

Tickets to the Black Wash Tour are on sale now, with local supports for all shows to be announced in the near future. Black Wash is set to be released on July 6th through EVP Recordings, who the band signed with last year. It was produced by Mike Deslandes, in part at Abbotsford’s The Aviary and South Melbourne’s Holes and Corners studios, and can be pre ordered now from here.

Pagan formed in 2015, and have been embracing their Italian roots with their unique candour and saucy attitude since. In the past 18 months, they have held down some massive support slots for the likes of King Parrot, Clowns and Rise Against. They recently signed with Hassle Records (frnkiero and the cellabration, Casey and Petrol Girls), who will release the debut in Europe and the UK.

Pagan are also playing this years Dead Of Winter Festival on Saturday 7th July at the Jubilee Hotel, Brisbane.
