HAWTHORNE HEIGHTS // Australian Tour Begins In August

People! Hawthorne Heights are back! The US post-hardcore pioneers and all-round legends have today announced their return in August and September for a national headlining tour.

The tour will see the band performing their landmark first two albums, 2004’s The Silence in Black and White and 2006’s If Only You Were Lonely in their entirety.

Yes it’s true! The greats that you’ve long loved like Ohio Is For Lovers, Saying Sorry, Niki FM and Silver Bullet are but a few epic greats from these colossal albums that Hawthorne Heights will play to treat Aussie fans. Both albums featured rhythm guitarist Casey Calvert who tragically passed away in 2007. His memory and influence lives on in the songs.

Making a career out of mixing upbeat melodies with ferocious vocals, Hawthorne Heights are the very definition of their genre. And with killer supports in River Oaks, the solo brainchild of Silverstein’s Shane Told, and Australia’s own Sienna Skies, this is a run of shows that is not to be missed.

Tickets go on sale Tuesday, 27th June at 9am local time through Destroy All Lines.
