HARD NOISE: ONCE HUMAN // Cancels Tour Due To Stag Music Collapse

It’s official – the upcoming 12-date Australian tour by Once Human has been cancelled.

In the ongoing issues surrounding Sydney’s Bald Faced Stag hotel and its previous manager Scott Allwyn MacKenzie, the band are yet another victim to fall to the drama.

Once Human, the Los Angeles melodic death metal band featuring former Soulfly and Machine Head guitarist Logan Mader, were intended to be the first band to appear under MacKenzie’s new touring company Stag Music Touring. Not anymore, they ain’t.

A former employee of Stag Music Touring said in a statement, “The former company owner of Stag Music Touring Australia, Scott Mackenzie was not able to fulfil his contractual obligations after recent allegations surfaced about him regarding fraudulent activity. We are absolutely devastated. Sincerest apologies to all the fans.”

Stag Music Touring was also set to present Swedish industrial metal group Pain in May, but at this time it’s unsure whether that tour will still go ahead.
