CURSED EARTH // Ink Deal With UNFD

Cursed Earth

What’s in the water over in Perth? Whatever it is, it’s doing wonders for the heavy scene; metallers Cursed Earth have signed a record deal with UNFD, announcing a new EP titled Cycles of Grief Volume 1: Growth.

The EP will see release on 4th of August, unleashing their aggression worldwide. According to a statement, “The EP covers themes of isolation and brutality from the point of view of characters caught up in and torn apart by their environment and the actions of those responsible for shaping their lives.” They’ve released a double single, War March / Broken. You can watch the video below.

“The story of Cycles of Grief documents the collision of nature and nurture” says guitarist Kieran Molloy. “It’s an unprejudiced look into the intergenerational nature of coldness, addiction and violence.”

Formed in Perth in 2013, Cursed Earth is vocalist Jazmine Luders, guitarists Kieran Molloy and Paul Cottrell, bassist Robert Owens and drummer Sam Forward.

Pre-orders are available via iTunes and 24Hundred.

The band is currently on national tour. They’ll also be supporting Thy Art Is Murder in July.
