Only days since the revelation of With Confidence lead guitarist Luke Rockets’ alleged impropriety with a minor, bassist/vocalist Jayden Seeley has also been named as soliciting nude photographs from a minor, a social media post shows.

UNIFY Gathering organisers have removed With Confidence from the festival line-up, citing the sexual misconduct allegations.
The organisers of UNIFY Gathering are aware of the allegations being made against the band With Confidence. While this story continues to evolve, we want you to know we are taking this very seriously.
As of right now, With Confidence will no longer be playing UNIFY 2018.

Seeley has taken to Twitter denies the allegations, stating that “a lot of the details in the allegation are false,” and that he did not seek out the accuser, Alex, for nude photographs on Snapchat.
Seeley fires back that Alex, through a friend, propositioned Seeley for oral sex, which he declined.
“I apologise to everyone this has affected and hope this has not affected Alex to the extent she has described. The thought of that honestly tears me up inside.”

The user, known only as Alecks on Instagram and Twitter alleges that Seeley, the band’s bassist and vocalist, approached her at age 15 and pressured her into sending nude photos via social media. Seeley was 21 at the time.
Alecks’ post states the interactions took place between 2013-2014. She also states Seeley used his position of power to manipulate her, which left her with mental health issues.
Alecks was motivated to come forward after the allegations leveled at Luke Rockets broke on Monday, and Seeley failed to disclose his actions.
With Confidence dismissed Luke from the band in the aftermath of these allegations. “There is speculation that in some way the three of us knew of Luke’s conduct. We can only speak for ourselves in this situation and we want to make it clear that we were all completely unaware of this unacceptable, irresponsible and disgusting behavior that has taken place. We found out the same time everyone else did and immediately removed Luke from the band and bus. We have zero tolerance for such actions,” a band statement read.
They were also removed from their US tour with Knuckle Puck.

According to South Australian law, where Alecks is purportedly from, solicitation of nude photos of a minor is a major crime.
According to Lawstuff Australia, a website for teenagers explaining the law, crimes of this type attract heavy penalties. “The maximum penalty for pornography can be up to 15 years in jail and being placed on the sex offender register. The maximum penalty for an act of indecency is 12 years in jail if the person in the picture is under 12. If the person is over 12 but under 17, the maximum penalty is ten years in jail.”
