THE BEVERLY CHILLS // Team Up With Stix Zadinia & Ron Jeremy in ‘Big Dog’

Aussie-bred Hollywood-based two-piece The Beverly Chills have teamed up with Steel Panther drummer Stix Zadinia and adult megastar Ron Jeremy in their new video titled Big Dog.

The video was filmed on location in Los Angeles, California by director Dévī La Páz on real VHS tape. They joined forces with Stix on their to-be-released four-track self-titled EP; Big Dog being the first single.

Stix, also their manager, says in a statement: “I’d known these guys for a long time before I even knew they were a band. Years after our first meeting, Twiggy played me the four songs that I would eventually record drums on. The songs were so good, I asked them if I could be a part of it. I can’t wait for people to hear this stuff. It’s refreshing to hear great songs in a rock n roll style again.”

Last year, the band shared stages with Dune Rats, Northeast Party House and The Gooch Palms, and will be supporting Ocean Grove in August.

If this band can’t get any more bizarre, check this out: their single artwork was created by renowned tattoo artist Lauren Winzer, who has inked Miley Cyrus, and the boys’ heads for an episode of Bondi Ink Tattoo Crew.

Of course they can get weirder: the Beverly Chills are Twiggy Hunter and Nick Piss.
